The doors are designed in such a way that the cutout handles of the doors also serve as ventilation opening for the internal shoe compartment. Airflow to the rest of the wardrobe is blocked by the doors that seal off the middle compartment. This allows clothes and shoes to be stored together in one piece of furniture without coming in contact with each other.
